Receive God's Gifts His Love, Joy, and Peace

Our Memory Verse this week is: “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, and good will towards men!” Luke 2:14

Every Christmas everybody wants gifts! Maybe an RC car, a doll, or a nintendo switch! Whatever it is these gifts might be cool but they won't change your life.

God's gifts of love, joy, and peace will change your life!

Love is that big word that people throw around, but God's love is different than people's love. His love doesn't change or get taken away. He always want to be around you and hear about your day. God never gets tired of loving us or helping us in life!

God's Joy is different than happiness. It's something that will warm your heart no matter what is going on. Whether you're having a good day or a bad his joy will sustain you!

God's peace will help you when you're nervous or scared or stressed it will calm you and help you to feel safe.

These gifts are all available for us but we have to accept them. Just like on Christmas you have to accept the gifts that we are given. You gotta open it up. It's the same thing with God we have to accept his gifts, we have to receive them!
