Life is A Battle

Our memory verse today is “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take a stand against the devil's schemes." Ephesians 6:11

Over the next 7 weeks we will be going over The Armor Of God!

Life is a battle! It can be super hard!! Living for God, doing what is right, and having good grades!! That's a battle but also we have all sorts of temptations and distractions that can trip us up or make it even harder for us! We can look at these temptations and distractions like attacks.

Think of people in the military that go to battle. Do they go to war in basketball shorts and flip flops? Do they bring a spoon to fight with? NO WAY! They wear armor and bring weapons! They go ready to defend themselves and fight back!

Just like warriors in battle we have tools that we can use to defend ourselves. The Armor Of God!

So go into life ready to honor Jesus and ready for battle!
